Sources Sought / Market Research for DNA Combat Systems Engineering (CSE) This is a SOURCES SOUGHT / MARKET RESEARCH notice to request information for Government planning purposes only. Responses will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. The Government is not committed to issue a solicitation or award a contract as a result of this announcement. Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Dam Neck Activity (DNA) is seeking qualified and capable potential vendors. Requirement: Contractor support to provide services and support for Combat Systems that range from unit level combat systems such as Sensor Distribution Systems (SDS), Ship Self Defense System (SSDS), AEGIS, ZUMWALT, Integrated Combat System (ICS) and any future Combat Systems to operational level Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Cyber security, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR). The Contractor shall provide System Engineering, Software Engineering, Integration Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Configuration Management, Integrated Product Support, Lab Support, Material Management, and Cybersecurity Engineering. The Contractor shall provide Engineering, Installation, and Technical Support including data development, administrative and training of defense services for the U.S. Navy and events and/or in multinational programs in which NSWCDD DNA is a participant under the provisions of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations in furtherance of the NSWCDD DNA mission.
