This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017822RC607 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attached SF1449. The SF1449 form is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses from the Standard Procurement System. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to The Durbin Group LLC for the following manufactured products and service for a quantity four (4) customized Enhanced Collection System (ECS) Permanent-Alteration (Perm-Alt) Cabinet Assemblies, model number DGM24210, manufactured by The Durbin Group LLC. The Durbin Group will provide all cabinets to accept system hardware and enhanced interface design to meet ship integration specifications (MIL-S-910D Shock Grade B). Internal components will include: Part Number - DGM24228 Internal Cable Assemblies QTY 2 DGM24221 SAN/SPAN Server including RAID Controllers, Network Interface Card, Compression Card, and Graphics Card. Not included: Solid State Drives. QTY 1 DGM24247 Controller Server including RAID Controllers, Network Interface Card, Compression Card, and Graphics Card. Not included: Solid State Drives. QTY 4 DGM24219 ECS 1U Server including RAID Controllers, Network Interface Card, Compression Card, and Graphics Card. Not included: Solid State Drive. The required cabinets are currently fielded on fleet assets. The introduction of any other manufacturer’s hardware will not allow the operators, or the fleet, to utilize the key applications developed for the existing hardware. The required acquisition systems are exclusive to The Durbin Group LLC. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quote is due 02 February 2022, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 23 February 2022.
