This requirement will be Set-Aside 100% for Small Businesses. Only Small Businesses will be eligible for award. The set-aside is subject to FAR 52.219-14 DEVIATION 2020-O0008. NSWCDD is procuring, on a competitive basis from a Small Business, Risk Management Framework (RMF) security authorization package creation and maintenance as described in the solicitation and other associated attachments. This solicitation is a single contract, on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) basis for commercial services related to RMF package creation and maintenance as described in the solicitation and attachments. In order to be eligible for award, Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Contract award is anticipated approximately around 23 January 2023. It is anticipated that an award against this solicitation will be made based on Best Value Tradeoff. The final award basis and factors will be identified in this solicitation.
