This procurement is based on Sole Source for the following items: 1 Lot, Item: RTI Connext DDS Professional, Developer Subscription (10-24), P/N: 866-20-85-00-02; 1 Each, Item: Essential Support, Annual Subscription, P/N: 5037-690-00-51. “Requirements for accessibility based on Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794d) are determined to be relevant for product(s)/service(s) procured under this solicitation. All offerors are required to submit a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) for items or a Government Product/Service Accessibility Template (GPAT) for service to document compliance with the indicated Section 508 Standards. If required, offerors, which do not provide a VPAT or GPAT, may be determined technically unacceptable.
