The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price contract for non-commercial items on a sole source basis with American Rheinmetall Munitions, Inc., 125 Woodstream Blvd, Ste 105, Stafford, VA. The proposed procurement is for: (1) 30x173mm Lightweight Programming Kit. American Rheinmetall is the original equipment manufacturer and market research has indicated that the item was not available through authorized resellers.
