This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017821Q6650 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attached SF18. The SF18 form is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses from the Standard Procurement System. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dam Neck, intends to procure on a Sole Source basis to Concurrent Technologies, Inc. for a quantity of thirty six (36) each VME PMC/XMC Carrier boards, part number AD CR6/XMC-53. The material must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit, and improved function) with existing systems presently installed and is a “direct replacement” for the parts/components for existing equipment. The cost to integrate a new board into SSDS MKII system would be ~$1.6 million. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dam Neck VA, 23454. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Must be requested Brand Name manufactured by Concurrent Technologies or you will be disqualified. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quote is due 15 April 2021, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 3 May 2021.
