Synopsis/Solicitation N0017821Q6618 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from Integrated Mission Systems / L3 Harris Technologies for the purchase of a QTY of five (5) Indicator Control Panels and five (5) Indicator Panels. Utilizing another source would cause unanticipated and unbudgeted costs in excess of $150,000.00 and twelve (12) months to complete additional government redesign, integration and lengthy downtime. Please include shipping/freight cost to Virginia Beach, VA 23461-2097. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
