This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017821Q6818 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attached SF18. The SF18 form is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses from the Standard Procurement System. This requirement is eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure an Air Cooled Chiller Unit glycol/water chiller system to provide chilled water system to support the cooling needs of the AN/SLQ-32(V)2 Antenna, AN/SLQ-32(V)3 EA system and the AN/SLQ-32(V)6 antenna. Specifications are the following: QUANTITY One (1) BTU at least 50,000 BTU’s CIRCULATION PUMPS Two (2). Unit must have two separate supply pumps to support the required equipment. FLOW Must support at least 5 gallons per minute (GPM) supporting 1.5”, 2.0” and 2.5” hose assemblies. GPM Maximum GPM is 12 GPM. LIQUID OUTPUT TEMP Maintain liquid output temperature between 50 degrees and 70 degrees Fahrenheit glycol/water mix.
