The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a Brand Name basis for Red Hat, Inc. Utilizing another brand would result in a duplication of costs to the government in excess of $1.2M and would require a 12-week residency for MADSS personnel, including developers, Data architects, System Administrators, and Dev-Ops personnel. This purchase is required to be processed using the mandated DON BPA for Red Hat, Inc. Contract # N00189-17-A-Q002. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Please included estimated delivery time frame. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. MUST BE BRAND NAME AND MUST BE AN AUTHORIZED RESELLER. At time of proposal submission please submit letter of authorization with quote. Failure to submit letter of authorization WILL disqualify you.
