The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)with Electro Optical Industries, Inc. for the procurement of the following items: QTY 1 - Spynel-S 2000 Sensor including Outdoor Ruggedized Power Supply, Cyclope Software and Graphical User Interface, Four-screen Display, QTY 4x All Ergonomy Plug-ins, Advanced Alarm Management (Plug-in & assistance), QTY 6x Alarm Relay Outputs, Thumbnail Video & C2/Metadata Plug-ins, Data Fusion, AIS and Radar Plug-ins, External PTZ Control Module, Staring Mode & Auto Tracking, 3 days On-Site setup, 10 Hours remote technical support, and a one year commercial warranty. Delivery: NLT 30 Sept 2020 FFP FOB: Destination The justification for this contract through other than full and open competition is that Electro Optical Industries, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer of the Spynel-S 200 Sensor.
