Radar Upgrade Kit STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 1.0 BACKGROUND Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Test Engineering Branch, E43, has a requirement to expand/upgrade current capabilities of the 60w Weibel Tracking Radar. It will enable the Radar to record and process classified information by adding a removable hard drive system to their proprietary Radar Track Processor- (RTP) 2100, it will also extend the life of the current RTP-2100 by replacing critical components of the RTP without needing to purchase a new system. Due to the proprietary nature, no other source is available for the upgrade. 2.0 APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS 2.1 Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Specifications 3.0 REQUIREMENTS 3.1 The contractor shall install new CPU board and removable hard drive system. 3.1.2 The contractor shall install all applicable software on the new drive. 3.1.3 The contractor shall return the system to operational status. 4.0 GOVERNMENT-FURNISHED PROPERTY/MATERIAL/INFORMATION (GFP/GFM/GFI) 4.1 Quantity of one (1) Weibel RTP 2100, valued at $250,000, will be available on site at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Test Engineering Branch, E43 for upgrades. 5.0 SECURITY All work to be performed under this contract is unclassified. 6.0 TRAVEL The contractor will be required to travel in performance of this contract. The number of trips and types of personnel traveling shall be limited to the minimum required to accomplish work requirements and shall be coordinated with the technical point of contact. All travel shall be conducted in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulations (FTR). The following travel is anticipated: One (1) personnel to Dahlgren, Virginia throughout the period of performance. The contractor will spend 2 days on site to complete the required tasking.
