Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819R2634 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis for A-Tech Corporation components. These components must be compatible in form, fit, and function with each other as well as the existing hardware within the operating environment. Applied Technology Associates is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Each item was identified as the sole piece of equipment possessing the form, fit and/or function to match joint capabilities. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dam Neck, VA 23461-2097 if applicable. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
