Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819R2615 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a Brand Name or Equal basis to Cisco/Nexus/NetApp for the following manufactured products: Quantity of two (4) custom configured Flexpod® Express systems, part number CS-FLEX-SELECT. Flexpod® is a predesigned, best-practice data center architecture built on the Cisco® Unified Computing SystemTM (Cisco UCS®), the Cisco Nexus® family of switches, and NetApp® fabric-attached storage (FAS) or V-Series systems. The requested systems consist of a quantity of two (2) UCS C220MA, two (2) Nexus 3548, one (1) Cisco Catalyst 9300, manufactured by Cisco Systems, Inc. and one (1) A220, manufactured by NetApp, Inc. This request also includes rack and configuration documentation, testing and installation. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
