This Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to Teledyne e2v (UK) Limited, 106 Waterhouse Lane, Chelmsford, Essex, UK 21401 for the following manufactured products: Requirement for 2.5 MW L-Band RF Safe-stop unit with Mechanical Beam Steerer Under the authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, the government intends to issue a sole source contract to Teledyne e2v. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which, if received within 7 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by NSWCDD. All responses must be submitted to the government point of contact at the email address shown below. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Juan Mojica, via email at juan.mojica@navy.mil, no later than 12PM (EST) on the date noted above. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
