It will be followed by a formal commercial solicitation for this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure Bluescape Rom Software License Bundle renewals from Bluescape, 999 Skyway Rd. Suite 145, San Carlos, CA 94070. Shipping/freight terms shall be FOB Destination, Dahlgren VA 22448-5114. Shall be delivered 30 days ARO. Inspection and Acceptance shall be made at NSWC Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission, please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), as well as Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR part 12 and FAR part 13 respectively. The order shall be firm fixed price. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
