Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819QP051 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure a quantity of four (4) smart radios (MPU5) and associated hardware manufactured by Persistent Systems LLC. See Attachment A for the deliverables list. The MPU5 units meet compatibility, form, fit and function with already existing units and equipment making them the only viable solution in Ad Hoc Networking for MCWL. Persistent Systems, LLC is located in New York, New York. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quote is due 13 August 2019, no later than 3:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 30 September 2019.
