Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819QP029 is issued as an intent to sole source. The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis one (1) customized ECS Shock and Vibe Test Cabinet Assembly model number DGM24210. This system meets the requirements of the design that has already been configured and tested to support data collection of the SPY Radar system and is currently the only system that meets the requirements of the program office. The ECS system design is fully compatible with the current tactical radar system. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
