Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819Q6971 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure a Sole Source Basis from AJ Power Source, Inc., Land O Lakes, FL a Quantity 3, p/n PG3000-UPS, 2U 3000-UPS, 2U 3000VA Tactical UPS w/ 49Vdc input, Quantity 3, p/n PG-IPC-25F02019S, PG3000 VAC Input Power Cable 25 Feet. Any deviation will introduce unknown risk into the design, build and system install. Attempting to redesign the system in order to accommodate another brand of hardware could result in a duplication of cost in excess of $20,000,000. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
