The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a Sole Source Basis from PLX, INC. 25 W Jefryn Blvd Ste A Deer Park, NY 11729-5740 for the following; Part Number Description Quantity NRE DESIGN EFFORT 1 LTHR-1 5.12 1" CA Dual Lateral Transfer Retroreflector - new build Rev: 52LTR1QBPS-1A 3 LTHR-2 6.73 1" CA Dual Lateral Transfer Retroreflector - new build Rev: 65LTR1QBPS-1A 3 N/A Shipping 1 PLX, INC. is the manufacturer and only provider of the required items. The requested products represent the Government's minimum requirements. The retroreflectors must be compatible in all aspects of form, fit and function with the current ones currently in use. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
