This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819Q6816 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source bases to Georgia Institute of Technology, 225 North Ave, NW, Atlanta, GA 30332-0002 a firm-fixed purchase order for two System ML short courses outlined in the attached Statement of Work. The contractor shall include a separate line item for travel cost in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations allowance. Shipping /freight cost FOB destination to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Proposal is due 23 April 2019 no later than 1:00 p.m. EST.
