Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819Q6788 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from TPS, LLC 2821 Old Route 15 New Colombia, Pennsylvania 17856-9396 for the following; Part Number Description Quantity TJR-A-F4T Tenney Test Chamber 2 TJR-A-F4T Tenney Test Chamber (with Air Dry Option) 1 890850 Cart with Casters 3 896481 Kit Spare Parts 3 Site Startup and Training for 1 chamber 1 Thermal Product Solutions is the sole manufacturer and is the only authorized distributor for the Tenney series of temperature chambers. The Tenney Junior TJR-A-F4T is the only temperature chamber that can meet the government's minimum requirements. Tenney Junior temperature chambers are currently being used to support testing in the laboratories. To minimize impact upon project schedule and test procedures, the replacement chambers must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with the existing temperature chambers. Delivery is requested ASAP after date of award. For delivery date purposes on SF18, 45 days is being used. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 8 April 2019, no later than 4:00 p.m. EST.
