Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819Q6764 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a brand name basis a Qty of 350, p/n RC5550R274152K, high voltage capacitors and optional p/n's and quantities outlined in the attached deliverables list and SF18. The high voltage capacitors are manufactured by Knowles Cazenovia, Inc. A different model or manufacturers component would require significant redesign, as well as redundant testing and evaluation that would cost in excess of $750,000.00. Only authorized Knowles Cazenovia, Inc. resellers quotes will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
