Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819Q6745 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from CR SERVICES, INC. 2501 Lafayette Blvd Norfolk, VA 23509-2511 for Tower repairs, materials and inspection to include travel in accordance with the Statement of Work, SOP, FAA Advisory Circular, CDRLs and DIDs. Description Qty. LED Light Installation Labor to remove old light system off the Dahlgren Base tower Labor to install new LED Dual beacons and new Flash Technology controllers 1 Safety Climb Install Labor to remove rail system off 400' tower Labor to install new safety climb system on the 400' tower 1 Tower Inspection Labor to Inspect the 400' self-supporting tower Labor to Straighten all the Antenna's and mounts on the tower 1 Travel in support of all Labor for this effort 1 LADDER SAFETY CLIMB 1 LED BEACON LIGHT KIT 1 CR SERVICES, INC. is the only certified tower repair company within the region that meets all the Navy and Dahlgren's requirements for climbing and repairing structures on Federal property. The NSWCDD's safety department has reviewed CR SERVICES, INC. certificates and all applicable documentation with the conclusion that CR SERVICES, INC. holds the necessary permits to perform the required work. The requested services and hardware represents the minimum requirements of the Government. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
