Eaton Corporation is the OEM of the UPS unit, only the OEM is able to provide repair/or service on the units. No other source has the proprietary software which is copyrighted, documentation, processes or materials required to provide the annual preventative maintenance check. The requested UPS Support represents the Government's minimum requirements.
