This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819Q6674 is issued as an intent to sole source. The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is NOT eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis to COMARK, LLC., for 4 each Tactical Computer Console Displays. The hardware is "direct replacement" for parts/components, and must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems presently installed. COMARK, LLC. is located in Milford, Massachusetts. Please include shipping/freight cost to Damneck, VA 23461 if applicable. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
