It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from Communication & Power Industries, LLC, 150 Sohier Road Beverly, MA 01915-5536, as they have been determined to be the only source that can meet the requirement. This part number is required to be used to appropriately characterize the X-Band radar. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
