This synopsis is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR parts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis N0017819Q6313 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This requirement is solicited as a sole source and is therefore not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure CMPRO configuration management software renewal licenses from Professional Systems Associates, Inc., 140N Richard Jackson Blvd, Panama City Beach, FL 32407. Specifically, the licenses are as follows: Item 0001, Qty 1, P/N: PSA-CMPRO-FLEX-IS; Item 0002, Qty 20, P/N: PSA-CMPRO-FLEX-LS; Item 0003, Qty 3, P/N: PSA-CMPRO-2.2-CUS2. Shipping/freight terms shall be FOB Destination, Dahlgren VA 22448-5114. Shall be delivered 30 days ARO. Inspection and Acceptance shall be made at NSWC Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission, please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), as well as Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR part 12 and FAR part 13 respectively. The order shall be firm fixed price. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 29 August 2019, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST.
