This Sources Sought Notice and Pre-solicitation Synopsis is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d) and FAR 5.101(a)(1). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole source basis to Riptide Software, Inc, 200 E Palm Valley Dr., Ste 2000, Oviedo, FL 32765 for the following services: Implement Range Instrumentation System Control Targets (RISCon-T) and the Live Fire Evaluation Tool (LFET) at Range L5 at Camp Lejeune The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to Riptide, whose software products are the only ones with approval to access the Live Training Transformation (LT2) Consolidated Product-line Management (CPM) code repository to complete the implementation and evaluation. This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which, if received within 15 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by NSWCDD. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Monique SanPietro, via email at monique.sanpietro@navy.mil no later than 8AM (EST) on the date noted above. Email should reference Sources Sought N0017819Q4003 in the subject line. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
