The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) seeks Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) Partners that possess the expertise, capabilities, facilities, and experience in the field of automatic graphical user interface testing. This notice serves as a sources sought synopsis seeking information from companies capable of providing COTS products capable of implementing automatic tests. We are especially interested in: compatibility through industry standard interfaces, event detection and response, gathering data from the GUI for test validation and decision making, adaptive or AI GUI testing, and flexibility of test case development and composition. Solutions must be portable to a UNIX/LINUX OS. Any company that believes it has the ability to perform automatic testing can identify its capabilities by submitting the information to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Brian Dillon, Code V53, brian.s.dillon@navy.mil. The information submitted should include a feature set description, product licensing structure, and ability to demonstrate product capabilities on a representative application at a Navy facility or via remote technology. Responses are requested by April 30, 2019. After reviewing the responses, NSWCDD may schedule a demonstration with responding companies to gain further insight into their capabilities. NSWCDD is not obligated to hold these meetings with any or all respondents. NSWCDD will not reimburse costs for participation in these meetings or teleconferences. NSWCDD does not intend to pay for the information received. This is neither a Request for Proposals nor an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of identifying a test product having the ability and capability to meet NSWCDD requirements.
