N00178-24-R-4200 The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to issue a solicitation for an 8(a) Direct ANC sole source, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), award to ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences, LLC, 350 Voyager Way Suite 100B, Huntsville, AL 35806-3200. The requirement is for support of security administration, access control and escorting support services to provide the military with testing and certification by utilizing its Potomac River Test Range in Dahlgren, VA and provides Fleet support at Dam Neck Activity (DNA) on Naval Air Station (NAS) Oceana Dam Neck Annex, which is located in Virginia Beach, VA. This period of performance is anticipated to be for a total of 66 months, consisting of a twelve (12) month Base Period and continuing support provided under four (4) twelve (12) month Option Periods, and one (1) six (6) month Option. This is a notification of the solicitation only and does NOT constitute a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), and is not a commitment by the U.S. Navy to procure the subject services. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement is based upon responses to the Sources Sought (reference N00178-23-R-4200) posted and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
