The purpose of this contract is to provide services to suuport the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Dahlgren and Carderock Divisions (NSWCDD and NSWCCD) in building and evolving their capability to perform analysis using the Synthetic Theater Operations Research Model (STORM). Support will include scenario assessments, exploratory analysis, ane training. Tasking under this contract will support Future Surface Combatant Force (FSCF) and Naval Enterprise Capabilities Based ASsessment Integrated Process (NCIP) analyses, and studies required by OPNAV and other sponsors.
