Synopsis/Solicitation N0017819QS600 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole source basis from KO Concepts, 4375 South Street, Titusville, FL 32780-2810 for the purchase of ten (10) customized Water Cooler Modules (Chillers) listed on the attached SF18, Request for Quote and Deliverables List. The Chiller must be compatible (form, fit, and function) with each other as well as the existing hardware within the anticipated operating environments for the systems. Any deviation will introduce unknown risk into the design and build, and duplication of costs in excess of $1,000,000. Market research has shown that due to the patented technology involved, only KO concepts can provide the required Chiller. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. At time of proposal submission please submit any historical data as well as published pricing. Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quote is due 23 August 2019, no later than 3 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 13 September 2019.
