The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to acquire the following under the first order of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00178-16-G-2006: Quantity: Twenty four (24) - Ruggedized Tactical Machine 11064-AR6-NT1 Quantity: Eight (8) - Ruggedized Tactical Machine 11064-AR6-NT2 The effort will be fulfilled through other than full and open competition with Rugged Systems, Inc. 13000 Danielson St, STE Q, Poway, CA 92064. A Class Justification and Approval (DL13401) for other than full and open competition per authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) was approved and publicized with the award of the BOA. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency’s requirements. This requirement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 5.207 (c) (16) (ii), “When using the sole source authority at 6.302-1, insert a statement that all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency."
