The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to acquire the following under the first order of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00178-16-G-2006: Quantity one (1) - AR3-NT2 Ruggedized Tactical Machines - P/N 11064-AR3-NT2 Quantity one (1) - AR3-NT4 Ruggedized Tactical Machines - P/N 11064-AR3-NT4 The effort will be fulfilled through other than full and open competition with Rugged Systems, Inc. 13000 Danielson St, STE Q, Poway, CA 92064. A Class Justification and Approval (DL13401) for other than full and open competition per authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) was approved and publicized with the award of the BOA. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements.
