Requirement is for a Contractor to provide instructional support to the UCS Basic Operator Course which instructs Civil Support Teams. This course is taught four (4) times a year with a throughput of 27 students. Contractor’s focus is on resolution of systemic issues, modernization, and replacement of obsolete equipment. Contractor shall provide engineering analysis support, Engineering Change Request/Engineering Change Proposal (ECR/ECP) development, testing analysis support, and assist with course development as required.
