Indian Head Master BPA
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division in Indian Head, Maryland, seeks to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements for a wide range of commercial supplies and services across multiple categories, including remediation services, hand tools, HVAC, and patent services. Individual BPA calls will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, and competition will occur at the call level. This is a small business set-aside, though large businesses may be considered for other opportunities. Interested companies must provide specific documentation, have active accounts in PIEE and SAM, and be ITAR-certified through the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program to handle export-controlled technical information.
