Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division, located in Indian Head, Maryland, intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements with companies providing standard commercial supplies and services at competitive prices across categories such as remediation, hand tools, HVAC, X-ray film, cylinder gas, safety coveralls, containers, electrical/electronic, telecom, court reporter/arbitrator, patent services, education, fire protection, chemicals, and facilities support. This is a small business set-aside, though large businesses may be considered for other opportunities and team arrangements are encouraged; vendors with technical merit may receive a Master BPA to compete for future requirements, with BPA calls competed at the call level. Interested companies must provide capability documentation, the BPA categories they are interested in, a completed price list, and a cover sheet with official company name, CAGE code, and point of contact. They must also have active PIEE and SAM accounts and meet ITAR/Joint Certification Program requirements for unclassified controlled technical information, including DD Form 2345 (or DSS-MAS 9379 for Canadian offerors) and business legitimacy documentation. The Government may consider past performance from CPARS, PPIRS, and FAPIIS, and requests that vendors note any GSA contract number in their response.
