The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division requires contractor support for explosive decontamination, equipment disassembly, facility demolition, and hazardous material disposal for its Energetics Manufacturing Department. Services include operating thermal treatment units, managing explosives and MPPEH, and performing certification inspections per NAVSEA OP-5. The contract will be a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee, Level of Effort award set aside for small businesses. Performance will occur at the Indian Head, Maryland location. The RFP is projected for release in FY26 Q4.
