Deep Floor Cleaning of Basement
The Naval Support Facility requires comprehensive deep-cleaning and restoration of approximately 9,000 square feet of basement-level flooring, including epoxy, vinyl, and carpet. All work must be performed during non-standard business hours, either after 4:00 PM on weekdays or between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM on a weekend, and must be completed within a single day after a one-week mobilization period. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials to perform services including mopping, scraping, waxing, buffing, and carpet shampooing. The government will provide facility access and move major furniture, but the contractor is responsible for moving chairs and bins. Quotes will be evaluated on a best-value basis, with price as the most important factor.
