The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division in Indian Head, Maryland, intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order for Hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene, low odor. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and will use a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method. The Government plans to award without discussions.
