Rapid Response Munitions Testing & Engineering Services Follow On NSWC IHD and other Navy and DoD requiring activities require engineering services and rapid response testing support for a variety of programs, which protect and support the warfighter. The engineering services and rapid response testing support are a major requirement of the life-cycle process. Much of the testing support will require specialized test facilities with the capability to handle live ordnance and fixturing, which is able to accommodate extreme size and weights. This support shall include engineering services and infrastructure for characterizing, testing, and documenting the performance of weapons, ammunition, munitions, and energetic systems, components and related systems. The following offers guidelines on specifics of the requirement: REQUIREMENTS: The Government is seeking responses from sources that can perform the work outlined within the DRAFT Performance Work Statement. (See attached DRAFT PWS - N0017425SN0023). The NAICS Code is 541330 with a size standard of $25,500.000. The PSC Code is H210. WHAT TO SUBMIT: It is requested that interested companies complete the attached RFI Survey. Information provided shall be treated as Business Sensitive or Confidential to the responder, exempt from public release under the Freedom of Information Act. All information shall be provided free of charge to the Government. NSWC IHD may request further information regarding the capabilities of respondents to meet the requirements set forth in the announcement.
