Sources Sought – Engineering & Technical Support Services This is a Sources Sought Notice. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government from an ultimate acquisition approach. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this notice. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a pre-solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is currently seeking sources to provide support for Pentagon Force Protection Agency Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Capability sensors, effectors, subsystems and ancillary equipment and Pentagon air security systems. This effort includes all activity and work required to procure, install, integrate, test, tune, field, train, upgrade, optimize, and sustain the Pentagon Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS), and Air Security systems. In addition, the Contractor will manage and provide oversight of all OEMs. The itemized list of systems is classified at the SECRET level and is provided under separate cover. All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number, and CAGE Code.
