Pre-solicitation Notice Synopsis Subj: Low Energy X-Ray Maintenance Product Classification Code: J066 NAICS Code: 811310 ? The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), X-ray Branch is seeking sources to provide Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI), emergency services, repair services and repair parts for industrial X-ray systems as needed for four (4) 21 CFR Cabinet X-ray Systems, three (3) installed industrial Shielded Facility X-ray Systems and one (1) Field Portable X-ray System. Award is estimated to be made June 2025. This will be a competitive procurement. FSC Code J066; NAICS Code 811310. The proposed contract action will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Service type contract. The method of Source Selection will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) database via the website https://sam.gov/content/home with a projected release of FY25 Q2. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendment(s) will not be provided. Offeror(s) are required to complete their registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database via the website https://sam.gov/content/home. Failure to register in SAM makes an offeror ineligible for award of DoD contracts. All interested sources shall provide the organization name, address, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address, business size, UEI ID number, and CAGE Code.
