Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division in Maryland seeks to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements for commercial chemicals and gases, including argon, nitrogen, and hydrogen. Master BPAs will be awarded on a 6-month rotation through June 2029, based primarily on positive past performance evaluation.
