The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), is seeking potential sources for the procurement of Helmet and Body Armor Kits. The kit contains the following items: *Team Wendy Ballistic Helmets (Ranger Green; 460 size M/L, p/n 73-71S-E71; 20 size L/XL, p/n 73-72S-E72). *Peltor Helmet Adapters (qty 80, p/n: 80-CAK-MIC) *Crye Precision JPC 2.0 Plate Carriers (Ranger Green;15 size Small; 50 size Medium; 15 size Large). *HESCO 3810 Multi-curve SAPI Cut, Plate Level III+, Lightweight <1” thick (15 size Small, p/n 3810-SA-MC-S; 50 size Medium, p/n 3810-SA-MC-M; 15 size Large, p/n 3810-SA-MC-L) It is requested that interested businesses submit a brief capabilities statement (no more than 10 pages in length, 12-point font minimum) demonstrating the ability to provide the items. All responses must include the following information: Company Name; Company Address; Company Business Size; Taxpayer Identification number; DUNS number; CAGE code; and Point-of-Contact (POC) name, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address.
