The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) Indian Head, MD 20640, intends to award a sole-source contract to Noble Supply & Logistics, LLC for the procurement of replacement batteries, the replacement battery components, and capability services packages for the Rotinor Seabob Black Shadow 730 Underwater Scooter and Mistral C-Master DNS300 Diving Navigation System. The proposed contract will only be negotiated with Noble Supply & Logistics, LLC. located at One Marina Park Drive, Suite 220, Boston, MA 02210, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This notice will be posted for 15 days. This requirement is being conducted under Classification Code J059 and NAICS code 811210.
