Pre-solicitation Notice Synopsis Subj: ECMP 228 Replace Obsolete Small Rocket Motor Grit Blaster Federal Supply Code (FSC): 3426 NAICS Code: 332322 The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) Manufacturing Department (M) has a requirement to replace an obsolete grit blaster in in order to both maintain and, when possible, improve production capabilities. The Contractor shall provide an enclosed pass-thru cabinet grit blaster including all necessary equipment/parts for successful operation. NSWC IHD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. The NAICS code is 332322 and the Federal Supply Code is 3426. THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking potential sources for all necessary equipment/parts for the creation of an enclosed pass-thru cabinet grit blaster, and both install and deliver the machine, including any additional equipment required.
