This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is it construed as a commitment by the Government. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) Indian Head, MD 20640, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to QSA Global, Inc. for the procurement of a Portable Betatron X-Ray system 7.5 MeV. The Portable Betatron X-Ray system 7.5 MeV will be employed locally and in forward deployed (OCONUS) environments for the purpose determining internal structures, fillers, fusing and firing train elements of Captured Exploitable Materiel (CEM). The proposed contract will only be negotiated with QSA Global, Inc. located at 6765 Langley Dr., Baton Rouge, LA 70809, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This notice will be posted for 15 days. This requirement is being conducted under Classification Code 6635 and NAICS code 334517. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), is seeking potential sources for the procurement of a Portable Betatron X-Ray 7.5 MeV System. Please see the attached draft statement of work for requirements. It is requested that interested businesses submit a brief capabilities statement (no more than 10 pages in length, 12-point font minimum) demonstrating the ability to provide the items.
