Synopsis for Portable Restrooms The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for the delivery and service of portable restrooms including but not limited to restocking supplies, cleaning and pumping. The types of restrooms include: Standard Single Unit Portable Restroom ADA Compliant Single Unit Portable Restroom Portable Hand Washing Station 2 Station Restroom Trailer ADA Compliant 2 Station Restroom Trailer NSWC IHD intends to compete a Firm Fixed Price, small business set aside contract on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. The NAICS code is 562991 and the PSC code is W085. THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract. All interest sources shall provide the organization name, address, point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, UEI number, and CAGE code. In addition, all interested sources shall provide a summary of their company’s capabilities.
