This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this notice. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a pre-solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is currently seeking sources to manufacture hardware for assembly in fleet-deliverable Aviation Critical Safety Items (ACSIs). The contractor shall produce and deliver Cutter Body and Cartridge Cases according to the following drawings: Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division Drawings 8568151 REV NR Cutter Body 8568158 REV NR Cartridge Case All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, UEI number, and CAGE Code.
