No award will be made as a result of this market survey. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking potential sources and pricing for fabrication, test, inspection, and shipment of CKU-5 Tubes, in accordance with the following drawing numbers: 11726655 REV L - Tube, Launcher; 11726656 REV M - Tube, Booster; and 11726800 REV H - Launcher Tube Assembly. All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number, and CAGE Code.
